I moved the kitchen to the back of the house for a larger kitchen
This is a full renovation to an old row home in a South Philly neighborhood. We totally gutted everything down to the studs and replaced it with new plumbing, electrical and heating to start. I re-designed the entire floorplan of the house. I moved the kitchen to the back of the residence. This area steps down now into a more impressive and larger kitchen . The remaining 1st floor consists of a nice size living room for entertaining. We also added Brazilian cherry floors for warmth and appeal. The upstairs was originally 3 small bedrooms. I designed two suites each with their own full bathrooms; one with a whirlpool. The basement now contains laundry facilities, a powder room, and two open rooms for more entertaining and storage.
